Save the date! Charlotte’s Pinnacle of homebuilding HomeArama October 08
June 30th, 2008 categories: Charlotte Real Estate & More, Fun for Kids
HomeArama is the Southeast’s premier luxury housing showcase. In 2008, the event will be held at The Ranch at Palisades October 4 through October 26th.
We will have much more to say as this event draws near but here’s some tidbits to whet your home buying appetite and give you plenty of time to plan your move to Charlotte:
- HomeArama returns to The Palisades on Lake Wylie recognized as one of the most beautiful lake communities in the southeast, receiving national recognition for its environmental stewardship. Sections of The Ranch will be gated. Homes will begin at $1.5 million
- Homeowners on The Ranch will be allowed to keep horses (dogs and kids too) haha on their property. The community is centered around a private equestrian center. Residents can experience the casual affluence of the equestrian lifestyle less than 20 minutes from uptown Charlotte.
- One of the showcase homes will be a manor home featuring a two story guest house overlooking a cascading pool area. The home will be decked out with furnishings, fine art and scuplture valued at over $7 million total!
- And remember Charlotte’s HomeArama is not all about excess — the Charlotte Homebuilders Association do a really nice job of giving back through HomeArama charity fundraisers like the Gal Preview Night!
OK, OK so you don’t have millions (we don’t either) — that’s OK do what we do go enjoy an afternoon of looking around and stealing ideas and when you get home just think how much cheaper it is to feed a dog instead of a horse!
